Michael swann

With a Degree in Architecture, registration with the MMAH as a designer, over 30 years of experience in the building industry and a vast amount of practical building experience, Michael will consult with you on your desired objective, assess existing conditions and determine existing zoning by-laws.  Architectural designs will be prepared in compliance with all Ontario Building Code regulations and other applicable legislation. He will also represent you in your application to the Building Department in your municipality, and if necessary, the Committee of Adjustment.

Edith matay-swann

Edith has a diversified background in the complementary fields of landscape architecture, civil engineering and traffic engineering. To this venture into the architectural and building science fields, in addition to her extensive experience in working with CADD, she brings the skill set of problem solving and project management. While she has assisted Michael on many renovation projects, it is the challenge of creating good architectural designs and preparing accurate and effective drawings, which she finds most rewarding.
